My name is Shanice im a 19 year old from the Bahamas. My country has quite an interesting history. it was known as a pirates haven and there have been rumors of pirates hiding gold from the Spanish ships they attacked . While i wouldn't mind finding a load of gold , i would like to get into treasure hunting because i find it addictive. One day i found a few wheat pennies and an old dollar coin outside a old house built in the 1800's and i spent hours researching about different coins and what i might be able to find here in the Bahamas . I am more than sure there's treasure just waiting to be found. I'm pretty sure most of my freinds would think i'm weird waving a metal detector around for hours and my parents would be worried about me becuase well.... 19 year old college students don't normally go treasure hunting but eh... to hell with them.
