Hello to all. I'm Nana40's huntin' buddy. I started MDing with Nana in Aug. '06. I have strict instructions from Nana to post my finds.
Soooo...here are my finds since then. Will post the good stuff in another post.
I have really enjoyed lurking on this site. Have learned a lot and love looking at all of your pics.

The junk pile (what do you do with this stuff?):

Welcome to TNet. You got enough stuff to start a museum, with a recycling business on the side. IT"S ALL GOOD!!!

Great show! It's cool to see you're so excited about your finds...watch out TNers when she finds some real treasure!

This is truly a great hobby, amazing the excitement that comes from digging up old junque'!

Hey I see some pretty cool things in those piles of 'junk". One mans, or womans, junk, is anothers treasure! You keep up that much digging and you will have muscles where most people didn't know they existed!

Welcome to Tnet and happy hunting. Keep up the great work..........

LOL Love love love it! Reminds me a bit of that book "Where's Waldo?". . looking through your "junk" photo I found some intriguing pieces ;D

You know. . you could make some great modern art pieces with that stuff. . some cool kooky wind chimes & what not . .frame up some pieces, give them a quirky title & sell it for some $$$$ ;D

Bogart :D

Thanks you all. I really do love my "junque".
I've had the same idea about the art pieces. Told the hubby he was going to have to teach me to weld.

Wow, looks like your ground is as full of iron as the ground around here (southwest Georgia). The good thing about digging those big hunks up is that it gets it out of the way so you can find the deeper stuff that's being masked by those big hunks of iron. Plus, you got some pretty cool relics in the process.

Welcome to the forum, from a fellow redneck.

scary dont hoard that stuff aka Serial Killer :P
