Any se pro users out there ? Is there a big advantage upgrading to a ctx i do real well 25 rings last year 16 gold 3 silver rest junk

It depends on what you think is a "big" advantage. You're going to get a little more information, depth, and stability with the CTX.......along with being waterproof. Add that to the GPS feature and decide if it's worth it to you for the upgrade or not.
 

Doesnt seem like alot for 2k more but waterproof i got my se used for 4 bills and love it i have a duelfield its ok if you like to dig iron but not a minelab maby i should check out excals

The Excalibur is a great beach machine, but, not so much as a park/school/turf machine. The other advantage of a CTX is that you really don't need another machine for most applications. Except for not being a particularly good nugget machine, The CTX is outstanding as a beach, park, and water machine. No need for your SE, dual field, and Excalibur (unless you're diving below 10'), except, it's always nice to have a backup machine for those times when your main detector is down for repairs.
