✅ SOLVED Heel plate or ????

Hi,

A short hunt practicing with the Equinox 600 and found a few old and new things.

The item with holes is shaped like a heel but not like any heel plates I can see in photos...and I have never found a heel plate, so any ideas on what this is? Thanks!

maybe i don't really know. they were i think usually made of brass or copper

This one is attracted to a magnet and appears to be iron?
