No, neutral is pretty much self explanatory.

I got a item broken yesterday .. i emailed him with pictures right away ..And this morning he emailed me and said thanks for the pictures and he was going to ship out my replacement right away… That is how it works when no one gets mad or upset and just goes through the process..

A neutral is considered a defect under the spring seller update that will take effect in august and look back 3 to 12 months in counting defects. Its incredibly important that sellers read it ,as most cases that are resolved, say item not delivered and a some types of cancel transaction will count as defects. Let me state that again...a customer opens a case for item not described or non deliver - you resolve it - you will still get a defect unless you have escalated the case and ebay finds in your favor.

If your percentage of defects etc reach a certain point - you are out. The game rules are changing.
