Likely a spud wrench. The pointed end was used to align holes in sheet metal so bolts could be inserted.Really I wondered what it would be used for, never seen one so big lol

Holy smokes!I would think that wrench would've fit some of the smaller nuts and bolts used on this dragline I stopped to get a photo of along I80 east of Rock Springs in 7-6-2010. I've seen it out there working many times from the road, but this time it was out of the pit and had a few service trucks pulled up next to it.
