Has anyone ever advertised for a Dredge helper or partner?

I am in Western North Carolina and my dredging buddy decided to do other things. Keene 4" dredge with 3 stage box. I normally dredge on Fridays and Saturdays and have done fairly well. Certainly not getting rich but not backing up either and getting Gold every trip. Is there anyone in this area that has any experience at all or who is willing to listen and learn? Sometimes us Prospectors can be a hard headed bunch. Seems most everyone doesn't believe that a wet suit will keep you warm in mountain creeks even in the winter.

I am sure that you will be able to find someone that would be willing to go out dredging with you.
It might take time to find the right person but thats the great thing about the world is that it is filled with people.
