✅ SOLVED Has anybody seen anything like this before? Possibly a battery piece?

I was hitting one of the small bottle dumps on my property when I noticed a little threaded item had washed out of the dirt pile. It is silver plated and has stars on it. The top is made of brass and is threaded at the top. It is also hollow on the inside.
