What if the "debris" doesn't register as metal on our "earthly" machines?

Elements is elements throughout the galaxy (and, as far as can be told the Universe) and they can only be arranged so many ways.

What if the "debris" doesn't register as metal on our "earthly" machines?

I expect that if you use a run-of-the-mill, human-constructed metal detector then it will register only metal that is human-manufactured.

But if you do find something that impresses you, by all means take a picture of it and show it us here.

u know what would be awesome , is if JEFF of PA, organised a hunt for over there. kinda like the airlines crash. that would be worth the drive. he had luck at the airlines why not with a space craft , seriously 8)
