Half&Half

Spent most of the day digging Junk Half Dollar signals,,,couldn't even find a wheat!!! Then i thought about the buddy of my sons,,,whose mother had passed away>>> Her house was going to be sold soon..I called him up and got permission,,,,,First pass down the front walk I got a wheat and silver rosey,,,,then It got better....Clad Half....I turned back the other direction for my second pass, and got a 5 inch deep Half reading!!! Could it be? YES!!!! WALKER!!!! Also got a 1899 Indian later in the hunt!! Saved the day!!

Re: Half&Half

Picture is blurry, what year is the walker? It looks like it could have nice details on it

Re: Half&Half

Cool coins. I keep looking for my first walker, the only one I ever see is the pretty lady from up the street out early every morning. :)

Re: Half&Half

It kills me that I used to see Walkers in pocket change all the time when I was a kid - back at the dawn of time - and now I haven't seen one in ages (and never out of the ground).

Most of them I've seen, back then and dug-up lately, are pretty worn. Yours looks to have great detail. Excellent find!
