There is for sure . Today I was about 15 miles north of awendaw. The date on half dime is 1840 no idea why or how I posted 3 pictures of the watch.

I always wear gloves, that's just me though.

Killer half dime. Congrats. You are in the right neighborhood to find treasure. I love hunting in the Charleston area, so much Southern history around there.
