Why is it that no food, water, medicine, or any help is getting to these children yet? It has been 5 days since the earthquake!

If the TV reporter and camera crew can get there why aren' t the rescuers and/or aid officials there as well?

These children need to be evacuated to a safer place where they can get food and medicine!

I feel impotent watching this and not being able to do anything meaningful! If I could I would drive the truck myself to get the children out of there. It is appalling that this is happening!

I cant imagine that the rescue workers are not doing everything possible to get the supplies to where they are needed! I am sure they are overwhelmed with the devastation.

I would give anything I could to be there helping. I have sat with my son and watched every night. One of the most heart wrenching images was of the children.

Robert, You would have to have lived among these people for a few days to know why the relief isn't reaching the children and believe me, it isn't just the children that aren't getting supplies. That is just one reporters story. ( Although a good one ).

Robert, I'm heading down in a few weeks when Commercial Flights start up again. I will be taking food, medicine and clothes to some friends and their families. You are welcome to come, as well as anyone else on here. I will have to warn you, that if you have never been to the slums of Haiti, you are in for the Shock of Your Life. ( I was shocked the first time I saw it and that was 2 years before the EarthQuake).

It is difficult to explain you "vulcan007" why there is so much problems, i was about to answer you on this question but im afraid it all sounds very wrong if i do- so i let someone else try and answer because my english is not the best when it comes to difficult questions like this.
