That stuff is really hard, I wouldn't recommend learning to knapp with it. It's really high grade but imo it's frustrating to work with.
That's why I've done nothing with it so far . I have a precocious 9y old grandson that I hope to expose to some knappers before we attempt to knap on our own .
 

very cool. im sure they are very rare over here, but i woulda never even thought to have a open mind 4 that. great, now im gonna dig through all my flint chips...... :wink:

This is like showing scars heres mine 1 in 20 years of hunting french i presume wish i had a frame of em I like em. :thumbsup:
