I raced a little myself a few year back, never did get into it big time though, just a bomber car ( Road-Runners ) are what they called them around here... I got a cousin who has 3 Modified stockers, & he's wanting me to drive one this coming season.
Not sure if I'll take that opertunity or not. I always wanted to race ever since I was a little kid, so I did it for 5 years to see what it was like. Don't get me wrong I love it... I'm just not ready at this time to put the time and dedication it takes to be good at it.
Here's one of my wins...

P.S.> No offencce 1320, but I'd rather be dizzy...

Good luck on the sponsor David. I hope to get back down to the beach and go detecting again in a month or two. There is still some jewelry on the beach out there some where I know.

I would take you on ANY DAY!!!! hemmy Babe...I want to go to ICE DRAGS and kick some behinders...TOO! Of cousre you know I do not have any speed car at this time anymore... but can get one!!!
I used to have a Plymouth Duster with a 383...Holly 4 barrel carb...air scoops on hood and drag rubbers..Man I could burn rubber with that car!!!And everybody got out of my way!!FUNNN..... HMMM..... HMMMM!! I got a personal signiture form Sterlin Marten and Ryan Newman last year...I wrote a song called .....Speed is what I like! Ryan Newman ****#12 signed it!!!I also have a song I wrote....Figures !!!!!!? Respect the police and the law!!! It is cool!!!!Yep! Tickets are not nice when they are over 300 dollars!! I know!!


Any body up there above want to send a signature this way!!! I would add it to my list of cool stuff and maybe in the future you will listed in my book of my cool adventures of people I have met? accross the world!

1320, no thanks. I can't get excited over a 5 or so second run. Rather sit in the car for 500 laps. Besides, I like to use the fenders and bumpers. (rubbin's racin').
I'm planning to race in the USAR Hooters Pro Cup this season which will be televised on Speedvision each week. However, this isn't gonna happen without sponsors.
Sponsors, they give us money to race, we give them advertising (on the car, tv comm., public app., etc.).
I've been racing since I was 4 years old. Started in a Quarter Midget in Indianapolis. I've raced every year of my life since, now starting my 32nd year. (I'm turning 36 in Feb.).

The car in the photo is an asphalt modified. 383 ci. pushing almost 800 hp.
If I run the USAR Hooters Pro Cup this season I'll most likely be driving a Chevy, but if the deal works out with the Craftsman Truck Series, it'll be Dodge power.

Hi guys, i'd like to get into racing... lobsterboat racing that is yup we actually have them along the coast of maine in the summer time, but i'd need an angel investor more than a few sponsers in order to build the radical working/race boat that i've designed , my present boat was certainly not designed to be a speed demon, more of a work horse than a racer ,

but i can possibly offer you some ideas or help towards obtaining sponser's,( self taught, marketing, learned more than i cared to know ) that is if your interested ? do you set up a booth at the race's ?
