I got these Saturday at the crazy low price of $5.00 for the set. My concern is the way they are marked Gucci Made in Italy is different from everything I have found on line. I wonder if they are knock offs or just a different addition. Any opinions? They are silver plate over copper with nice gilded insides. Horse Hare Hound Fox Boar and Stag

Great find! I think you are alright. I haven't found any knockoffs anywhere. I see what your saying about the signature. All the others look kind of "hand signed" versus a stamped type of signature. I did find a set of 800 silver ones that have a similar stamp to yours here- Silver Stirrups Cups with Fox Head Vintage Gucci Set of Four from 43chesapeakecourt on Ruby Lane
and a set of white metal? ones from Christie's, but you can't see the mark.
A set of six white metal Gucci stag stirrup cups | 20TH CENTURY | European Furniture, Decorative Objects & Early Sculpture Auction | 20th Century, cups | Christie's
So they were made in at least three styles of varying metals, .800, white metal and silverplate over bronze. This could explain the different stamps on them too maybe.

I don't know much about these in particular, but I do know (as many on here could tell you) that fake gucci, or any designer for that matter tends to have the name plastered all over, just to make sure that you saw it was gucci. These seem a little obscure, and the mark seems pretty subtle for it to be fake. I may be entirely wrong, but I think you did good!
