In that case it would probably be a rewiring job which I personally wouldn't tackle unless I knew exactly what I was doing. Bearing this in mind you would compare wires google the schematics if you have no luck I guess you could cut both cables compare wires both in number and colors connect like to like tape back up or maybe get a plug converter if this is possible.
