Sorry, everything I see in pictures are natural rocks with erosion by mother nature.

An apparently common natural feature in your area based on the similar looking stones in the background of the photo? Are they all found in a relatively small geological area?

The rock was the result of differential weathering, the same phenomenon that produces, on a larger scale, the hoodoos of Bryce Canyon....
