GREATEST 2 DAYS EVER!!!! GOLD AND 8 REALE

yesterday, I found a 14k locket with the pictures weathered away.... first gold.... then today.... BANG my first pre 1900 coin.... an 1758 spanish pillar dollar....EIGHT REALE... yeah baby yeah!!!!! oh and this came from a home in the tennessee mountains!!!! how fricken cool is this sport... oh yeah...

Great Stuff. My grandmother has a locket like that my grandfather gave her in the 1940s just after WWII. She put a picture of him on one side and her on the other way back then. He died young. She still wears the locket.

Great find on the 2 reale! If it were an 8 you would know it...very large and very heavy! A 2 reale is nothing to sneeze at though...nice way to break into the old silver!

thanks guys on the two reale. i searched a website just to see what the heck i found, and it said pillar dollar 8 reale, so thats what I thought i found....

i still couldn't be happier!!!
