This last week has been pretty good to me, best I have done on copper so far for this year. The thing in the first picture was a bit bent and well I just couldn't help myself so it's a bit straighter now, has a bit of silver on it and comes in at around 7" long. Also found a couple conicals and one that my have been mostly reclaimed by time, a bit of what I found has been rather weathered for some reason. Theres not much time left before I loose my hunting grounds so with some luck I will pull more before its too late.

Johnny, great coppa!!

Ever since I found my first copper, I've really developed an appreciation. . . and interest, for the copper culture.
If you don't mind me asking, what part of WI were you hunting?

Great finds,

Not too sure what the last 7" thing I found was as it does have a socket, but the same area where I found that is where I have been finding all the good stuff. Pulled a nice 7" awl about 10 feet away from the last piece I found. Once I'm done looking Ill have to post all my finds, have 6 sections that I find in the one area.
