Hello Fellow Forumites,
As long as the weather is holding up here ( wait a minute....I'm not in the Mid-West or the East)....let me re-phrase...
The unrelenting great weather in S. CA has continued in the final month of the '07 year, allowing me to get a few more of those shiny old coins.
I've had a couple of productive hunts this week, continuing to build upon my silver count with the year nearly over. Both parks I hunted at this week have been worked over by myself and my wilver-sucking-magnet buddies. It just goes to show, there's always more if you have the will, time, and good weather(oh, I said that already ). The silver coins were found from a wide range of depths this time...from 1" to 8". The sterling naval aviator wings pin was a cool find. I wish it hadn't been chopped by the lawnmower. I tried to find the other half, but came up empty.
I didn't get a chance to hunt with my buddy/wilver filming extraordinaire, Jon(goldenapples) this week, so we'll try for next week for a new wilver video.
Thanks for looking.
Happy Holidays,
