Great Seal/Cross Button, SOLVED - VFW Button!

I have another button that I have a question on. It is a button with what looks like a stylized Maltese Cross and the Great Seal in the center. I was told American Legion but I cannot find this logo for the American Legion. I know that I have seen it before but I cannot place it.

According to http://pw1.netcom.com/~jimyce/bm.html, the date range for this backmark is 1849-1965. I am guessing it is closer to 1965, but can someone help with the date on this one too.

I cant find it on the Waterbury site. Its not American Legion.
