Great looking 1803 cent from the ocean

Hit a beach on the cape tonight got some old coins and rings loving the 1803 cent. And one of the golds has a karat mark that's a sideways anchor with a k after it maybe someone can help me with what the karat is. Thanks for looking

The sideways anchor is a hallmark for the English city of Birmingham's Assay Office and is usually found on silver. Could it be a silver ring that was gold plated?

Great finds! Is that a draped bust half cent and a barber half? Reading the replies and looking at the photo's got me curious. Again, nice finds!
