I was going to hunt my aunt's lot but she was not around.
So I decided to hit my moms in Orange,MA again (glad I did)

Spent a few hours detecting her yard in an area I have hit often.
To my surprise I pulled 2 IH's that were surrounded by junk that I missed before...had a blast!!

After that went to Athol,MA to put new rotors and pads on my wife's PT Cruiser...my mechanic friend's 5 kids were so excited to see what I found and his wife is obsessed with wheat pennies..so I let his wife use my AT Pro while we worked on the car..when I left at 1:45am his wife was looking on craigslist at detectors lol..I think she may have caught the detecting bug lol

All in all it was a good hunt..got home around 2:30am and got back up at 4:30am to have coffee with the wife before she leaves for work..needless to say after she left I lightly cleaned my 2 IH's with dishsoap and a soft toothbrush.

If I wasn't so tired id be back at moms looking for more lol

Thanks
The putter was my step fathers I believe
He was born 1918 and passed in 2009
But the house has been in the family since mid 1800's so I'm sure there is more there.
As far as reeds go,
Those were my first time finding them so I was just as excited as with the Indian heads lol

Cleaning results

After some dishsoap and a soft toothbrush here's where I'm at.

First pic is before
Rest are after.
I love how nice the 1901 cleaned up..great color!!
The 1880 is now readable without having to get it wet but didn't give the brightness I had hoped for.

Now to buy some wax and coat them to protect them from people like me lol

Nice Indians, especially that 1880!
1880 was the same year Australian outlaw Ned Kelly had his epic last-stand shootout with police!
Very fascinating :icon_thumright:

they cleaned up well, good job!

Thanks
I'm finding dishsoap and a soft toothbrush to work good with minimal damage
I'm far from an expert though lol
