Been watching all you guys and seeing all the great silver finds for a while. This week I searched 4 boxes of Halves, $129 CWR Halves, $26.50 Teller tray Halves, $250 Quaters (looking to fill in my state collection), $75 CWR Dimes, 2 boxs Pennies and bought up some dollar coins that I couldn't pass up.

Half Boxes. No silver in any. 2 Boxes were someones dumps. Checked them all anyway. The last 2 boxes had the following:

Most BU or AU
2x 2002 (P&D)
3x 2003 (2P&1D)
10x 2004 (P&D)
1x 2005 (D)
1x 2006 (P)
1x 2007 (P)
2x 2008 (P)
1x 2009 (P)
1x 2010 (P)

Plus I got some BU other dates I kept for my collection. Very clean.

The CWR Skunked :(

The Teller tray halves were where I found the Silver.

1x 1965
2x 1967
1x 1970-D BU Mint Condition (WOW)

The teller that handed my the 1970 asked me if I collected coins. I thought for a second and told her yes. She told me that there was something I might want to see. The same lady that brought in the 1970 also cashed in all of the following:

1x 2005-P Sacagawea Golden Dollars Mint Roll
4x Uncirculated $50 Ballistic Roll Presidential Coins in nice fancy boxes.
6x Ikes (3x 76, 1x 72, 1x 74, 1x 78) I like Ikes even if they aren't silver.
19 BU Abe Lincoln P Coins
5x Loose Wide Rim Date 1979 Susan B's
$25 Roll of Wide Rim Date Susan B's
4x $2 Bills. Very good condition. 2 are sequential serial # bills.

As you can see I bought them all.

Then to top it off I went to another bank earlier in the week to buy some Halves and thought I should get some quarters to add to my State Collection. I was waiting for the teller to bring my coins and noticed a bank bag the last customer left behind. I looked inside and there was about 6K inside. I handed it to the teller when he came back with my coins and he reached in his drawer and switched one the quarter rolls with a CWR. I did not think anything of it until I got home and started going through it with my kids. I opened the red CWR of quarters last and a full roll of Silver slid out into my hands. I could not believe it! Most were Washingtons of various dates, 1934 and 1936 of note. The other 2 were Walking Libertys. Culled but cool. Only 1 lonley clad 1983P. Wow what a find. Felt good that the other guy got his cash back and I got rewarded big time. As Borat would say, "Nice!"

Oh I almost forgot the 1987-P, 1987-D, 1990-P, 1990D Mint condition Halves out of the Tellers tray here also. Must have come in with the collection.

In dimes I only got 1x 53 Rosie. The 1x 47 Rosie I got was on the floor at the Coinstar machine I used to get an Albertons gift card (With no fees) with the pennies, dimes and some quarters. Another nice find.

Last but not least I got 12 Wheats

1x 1929-D
1x 1929
2x 1944-S
1x 1946-D
1x 1951
1x 1952-D
1x 1954-D
2x 1956-D
1x 1958-D

Looking foward to getting much more soon!

Some clarifications:

-there were no Walking Liberty quarters, the quarters were STANDING Liberty
- the 1983-P quarter is a rare type in AU+ grades; it is worth $22 in MS-63, and $60 in MS-65

My mistake. Standing Liberty Quarter, got it mixed up with Walking Liberty Half. I kept the 83-P. I have several of those. No mint sets that year. Thanks.

Don't tell Wicka about the quarters!

Very cool. A ready made collection.
