Found these wings at an old school house yesterday. Apparently, the Air Adventures of Jimmie Allen is an American radio adventure serial broadcast from 1933 until 1937. The 15-minute syndicated program was created by writers Bob Burtt and Bill Moore, both of whom were from Kansas City, Missouri. I love this kind of find and can almost picture some little boy running through a playground with his wings on his chest.

Cool find, congrats! :occasion14:

Before TV, radio shows like the Lone Ranger were really big. You had to use your imagination when listening to the radio. TV killed all of those type shows. The last good one I remember was Mystery Theatre with E.G. Marshal in the late 70's. Gary

That is cool!

Thats a cool piece of a lone ago Era.

That is a neat little find. It reminds us of a time when the little ones played outside !

:icon_thumright: Those great old radio shows let your imagination soar! And the extra premiums like wings and de-coder pins boosted your imagination even more! Great relic find!
