Got another gold in before the end of season!

Not much gold but it's real. There are no markings on it but it looked real so I acid tested it and it's 10k. I don't think the stone is real but I don't know anything about stones. It just seems too perfectly clear to be real, I will get it checked eventually. I found this at the same park where I recently got 3 gold items in one hunt. I was using my new 5x8" coil and it came in at about a 45.

A 45 on your AT Pro? Does gold usually hit in the 40s for you?

Chances are decent that the stone is genuine -Amethyst can be a very inexpensive stone , Nice Find .

Smaller gold comes in in the 40s so far, yep. The 10k eagle ring came in at a 50 and it's somewhat big. My biggest gold ring comes in at 60 though.
