The Indian might be a hood ornament and the broken things are from a musical instrument. I was told they were from a squeezebox but don't know if that is correct.

Wolverine.

Pump organ reeds
the two just to the right of them
looks like parts of a Harmonica reed from the Pic.

old pontiac hood emblem

As much as I thought it was a Pontiac hood emblem, it's not. It's definitely a hood ornament - an "accessory" hood ornament (aftermarket from way back when). Check out the link... ;D

The tenth one down from the top of the page.

Awesome find by the way...

Based on the number of those reeds found, every 3rd person must have owned one in the 18th and early 20th century.

I'm sure the Medicine shows of the Era had them.

along with the Traveling Preachers.
and carnivals.

I Believe everyone must have owned a Harmonica
also :P

don't remember having a Key from an Organ show up yet
I Wonder if "Tickeling the Ivory's" meant those
old ones were Ivory

I Hunted an old Railroad Builders Camp once.
Only coin was a Chinese Cache Coin
but it was loaded with Harmonica Pieces.

They must have all sat around Jamming after the days Work.
