You my friend are the coolest...but what have you found lately?
Great hunt for the newbie, I like the bayonet.
Show us some more.

Well I could wait for you to catch up, but since that would probably take YEARS, I think our digs will start in about a week. I actually got a call from a friend who is in town for the next few days so a hunt might happen soon. Don't have a plan where to go so we'll see if I can get enough to post.

You would be easy to catch if the finds were here in the Ky soil. We have to work alot harder for them than you do. Get out there and find something Patch, the finds aren't going to just jump into your pouch while you view Tnet. We finally got rain last night after 80 days. Ground is like concrete here. I bent my shovel in half yesterday digging flat buttons and had to quit.

You say you are mainly a bottle digger... Do you know what the relics are that you posted? We are more than happy to identify anything for you that you are wondering what it is.
That said, these are some terrific finds. The brown umbrella ink would've made my Year. And the bayonet, gun pieces, coins and other relics are stellar.
Best Wishes,
