Good conduct medal

I found this Good Conduct Medal at an old school playground / baseball field. It was up against a big tree. Sorry the pic is blurry but my camera is not the best. I will try scanning it later. I looked it up on the net and its an Army Good Conduct Medal but I have no idea on when its from.
