Gone to police academy,5 weeks=hunts in historic old Mcarthur park(Little Rock)

I have been gone to a VA Police Academy for the last 5 weeks for the Air Force and had a great oppertunity to hunt the oldest park in Little Rock! There is an old tower house on the property that was built in 1837! Well anyway, I didn't do too bad there even though there was snow on the ground quite a bit and it was a tad cold. One item I found, I believe to be an old Civil war naval pin. Hope you enjoy all the pics! Thanks for looking.

You had some very nice finds. That coin that says "TAILS" on it.... I wonder if it could be an old ref's coin that they used to flip at the beginning of a football game?... It looks like a football at the top of it. Congrats on those great finds

very nice!! i like the sail boat thingy! that was a great hunt and it looks like were gonna have a cop on the metaldetectorists side! all though most the ones i met were decent and complimented on how i fill holes. its the rich dog walkers that complain and there just doing there job. hope to see further posts. im sorry i just relized your gonna be a M.P willy

Leakypipes, Thanks for your interest! I did 20 years in the Air Force as an aerospace ground equipment mechanic, then retired. I have been a gate guard at an Air Force base for 6 years now and I am now a department of the Air Force civilian police officer. HH!

Very nice finds!! Not positive, but I think your sailor boy is Buster Brown, and was associated
with Buster Brown shoes.
