I bought this at an estate sale last year. It came from an 80's style glamorously wallpapered house in Austin, TX. I cannot find a single image of it online. Similar but not the same. It's heavy and measures about 49.5" x 27". The back is printed with #400 but I can't find any other markings.

I’d speculate that the #400 is relative to 400 Series acid-free paper. That is quite common for use as backing on oils, watercolors, acrylics and even mirrors.
