Had a great past few hunts in 3 different yards. heres a list of the notable finds!
Pewter MusketBall: Appearently when lead was scarce in the revolutionary war, they would actually melt down pewter untensils and such to make bullets, these would not shoot as far however would stay intact better.
1906 V Nickel: This was a first for me and super happy to find it!
1909 Wheat Penny: First year wheat penny but unfortunately no mint mark.
1957 D Wheat Penny
1946 Wheat Penny
Stainless Steal Spoon: Thought for sure this was silver when i first found it but its marked stainless steel....
Copper Ring: My first ever ring!
BDA 10K Gold baby ring: My first ever gold ring, was so happy to find my first ever gold item!
Silver Brooch(?): Thought this was crumpled alminum but turned out to have a ornate design, also tarnished so Ive concluded it to be silver.
John Quincy Adams Token: From the early 1900s.
1907 Indian Head Penny: My first some what good condition one of those!
