GOLD RUSH BEGINS TONIGHT

he said he is apart of zum media , i looked it up , they are making a new series called greenhorn gold

And he's trying to create a cooking show too!

edit to add: I find it funny that toad tweeted that zum media "bought" his production company, yet when you look at zum's website, toad is listed as the co-founder.... which would mean nobody bought anything.

I enjoy the show tonight. Todd is going to retire and his son will take over at a new claim. I wish him well.

they don't even have a claim to pass on :laughing7:

no thanks I but when a location notice actually exists please share it here

we'll be waiting a long time though

Parker had an impressive pile of Gold Bars last night.!:)

Parker has bad luck including paying half millions dollars for a worthless claim with no road and no water with Tony next door.

Final tally, final season show.Parker 6,200 ounces ($7.5 Million dollars). Plus 100 ounce bet with Hoffman.

would be nice if they shared actual production numbers.

Average grade of material. Total amount processed.

Cost per ounce etc.

If they actually recovered that much after costs. they should be around four million profit. The show makes it seem like all the gold out of the ground is profit.

The lame thing is whatever total Todd gives is B.S. cause he's on ground that has been work

Yeah, they should be showing the operational costs too, but then that would take away the "magic" of the show. Parker seems to have a pretty lean operation and I think he makes quite a bit from his recovery. Toad on the other hand, look at some of the background shots. He has more equipment than any construction/quarry/trucking company I've ever seen. If he made a dime from his recoveries I'd be surprised. The leases, fuel, repairs, royalties, crew payroll etc would have to cost more than any gold he ever got. If it wasn't for the un-history channel footing a huge bill he would have folded up after the 1st season.

Let's hope so.

I can see him trying to "rise from the ashes" to "kick some ass" and shoot for 10,000 ounces next season :BangHead:

Who? Toad? He's gone, sold the show. Toad is off trying to create his own network and "greenhorn gold" show. It will be back next year but he wont be on it. Maybe just Tony and Parker throwing rocks at each other across the property line?

They should dump Tony Beets. Bring in Freddy Dodge running his own crew. Dave Turin with his own crew, and Parker and crew. Tired of Tony's BS. Yet I bet that Toad's son will be the next Parker, that is if the show continues.

if freddy was so smart, why has he hung with turd for so long?

Freddy Dodge is a member of the Dodge Family. Freddy is a professional prospector. He also is part of MSI Mining Equipment and owns BIG RED that Todd has as a wash plant. He is a placer gold miner as well. Freddy Dodge was born in Colorado, 100 miles north of the Fairplay Claim. He has been chasing gold since he was 9 years old.

Freddy is a professional Gold Digger used by the Hoffmans at Porcupine Creek and Mazaruni Claim in Guyana. Fred made cameo appearances for seasons 1 and 2. He started as a regular with Gold Rush: The Jungle and into season 3. In season 4 he's featured in the first half of the season at the QOD Claim. His brother is gold prospector Derek Dodge, who is about a generation older. In season 4, he with Derek came to the Hoffmans with the Carmakx claim in the Yukon, but the Hoffmans went to Guyana. In season 5, he and the Dodge Crew mine the Carmacks claim.
