I get a kick out of Tony telling his kids their running the dredge the look on their face was priceless! And then him and the hag said to bad. I'd say see ya' And what happened to the other old guy that showed Jerry and Mike how to run it ?

Shouldn't we have just one member watch the show, and then give us a update? We can take turns. This show is turning me off.

Which episode are we talking about ???The last one i watch was Captain Monica or something like that............

RR

Damn, 409 ounces for Parker in one week.

Rick missed his opportunity. He could have crushed that kid's hand like a saltine cracker if he was thinking on his feet.
But, I guess it wasn't written into the script :skullflag:

Got home from work and flipped the TV on to see only 10 minutes left of GR and didn't have a chance to turn volume off before I hear Grandpa say "oh, I thought there was coffee in that thing" as Parker is pouring gold from a coffee thermos.

Funniest damn thing on the show.

Todd reminds me of bosses I have had, they blame everyone else, won't do squat themselves. Spend time doing their own thing, time off etc. then show up when something goes wrong and blame everyone else. Maybe as a manager you should manage. Cripes he only has a 15 person crew, how tough can it be to instruct them right rather than berate after the fact?

And then he acts clueless on The Dirt over why he has so much hate on social media.

I second that!

January 22 show was boring. Here in Connecticut, the show is on at 9:00 PM and a rerun two hours later.

I just finished watching it.
ever since I started Fast forwarding through Beets, I've been enjoying Gold Rush again.
and tonight's show was no exception.

I had to laugh at Todd's deal with Parker Though.
My guess the thing belonged to Discovery Channel
& Todd has no real right to sell it anyway :tongue3:

& I still believe Discovery is making them hold back on accurate totals for drama till the last episode.
so they can carry this amazing last cleanup out and save the season :unhappysmiley:

but as I said, I'm complaining less without seeing & hearing Beets ,
and Granpa fluff at Parkers.

I always DVR it and watch it today, yup can FF through the parts I don't like.

Want to see Todd come up short, I used to like him but there is just something about him...

I like Todd's crew the Most, But in spite of the fact I'm no fan of Parker,
I dislike when Todd throws his Pretend Ego that he has to Beat the Kid.
Todd comes off as an Arse

in the first place both are on absolutely Different Claims.
no Matter who gets the most, If they had switched claims at the beginning
the results may have been the opposite also.
There is no real way to tell.
so this pretend competition is really lame.

Parker is not designed to be a mine boss. He has no skill or tack. I am sure that after this season most of this crew will leave him like all the others. I only like the Beats because Monica is a cutie hahahah. Todd has that fake bad A## ego that isn't getting him much. I am sure that Todd will succeed though

How do they manage to script in all these machinery failures?

I think they keep them as Stock Footage.
so every time it looks like they are Floating along at a Great Pace,
they can throw in a Monkey Wrench & create Drama.

Of course they are holding back! The company leasing ground to Toad has already posted the amount that they received from them. So it's a simple process to work backwards from the owners percentage and expected smelting loss to see that they will get a little over their "goal" which was probably already known it would produce based on drill core tests.

When you push machinery to 100% capacity and don't conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections, constant breakdowns are guaranteed.
