I hit a field with my brother today that we had already cherry picked the high tones out of, and decided to go for low tones. It paid off! About 5 minutes into the hunt, we got a 47 signal on the AT pro at about 2-3 inches. I couldnt believe what popped out. Its a womens 14k gold wedding band with a diamond around a half carat. The ring weighs in at about 2.5 grams. That is our second gold ring ever, and first diamond ring. Make sure to check out our video, and please like and subscribe. Thanks for looking and HH!

Awesome! Congrats.. I've had my AT Pro about a month and I'm a newbie, curious what a gold ring sounds like.. Is it a clean and clear tone at perpendicular passes or does the tone roll and inconsistent like a pull tab??... (Don't have one to practice on)

Thanks!

Thank you. Atleast for me (I haven't had the Pro for too long too) it came in all over the 40's, and its impossible to tell the difference between gold and a pull tab. All you can really do is dig hits from 40-60 and hope for the best. I am not a AT pro expert, this is just what i've learned so far. Hope this helps.

Ya know, there is just something special about being able to answer the question, "Ever find anything good?"
With "Oh, well, I once found a Diamond Ring." ;)

Nice

Thats a great feeling! everyone I have shown it to is jealous! I've convinced dozens of people to start MDing just from showing them my finds.. of course, they didn't have the patience and quit after a few days lol
