Quartz running through pretty altered schist rock . Found a broken
up line of this stuff running along the hill side (dip) similar to the
angle (strike) of the ridge cap . Had to be a break off from some time .
Lot's of it exposed at the surface , just have to rake the leaf and limb
overburden off to see it good . I've been using a pry bar and 4 tine
cultivator rake to pull hunks of it out . I saw the gold on this piece
when I flipped it out and sprayed it off . After soaking and cleaning
( with water , soap and brushes only ) you could see it had fine
visible gold along with the easy to see stuff . Figured I put up a pic
of this one . Probably keep it as is ........ maybe .
