Gold cross

Found this a while back at a school. Was detecting by the basketball court finding a ton of coins. When I got this, I thought it was a brass one and just threw it in with my clad. It was darkened. Got home and started cleaning up my finds and saw the 14 k on it. I thought no way, it was too brown colored. But took it in and it was real. Cleaned up nice too.

Great Neptune's Ghost. That is a great piece of gold. Get's my pirate's blood pumping.

Always like the BBall courts. Many coins there, and usually around the baskets. Guess they come out with the kids dunk the ball.
