First and foremost Thanks SKINNY PUPPY for the long drive, the spot and the Skinny Puppy music

Spring flowers were in full bloom today.
Pat and I took a ride out to where the 1893 Columbian Expedition was held, Hyde Park ?
Kind of drizzly today but not enough to stop a couple of detectorist.
As you can see from the pictures it was an interesting area.
I found a 1941S Merc near the large blown over tree that Pat ( pictured ) and I worked over.
After about an hour or so I got a solid signal at 1 1/2 inches down from one of the paths, I stuck the shovel in the ground at out popped the ring. What a sight to see, a class ring!!
It's from the Da La Salle Institute in Chicago Class of 1981.
The initials are in it and it is 10kt. ( I have emailed the school already seeking help in locating the owner )

Any advise or help in locating the owner would be appreciated.

If the owner is located the ring will be returned and 1 of my goals will be reached.
The other goal is to find a Seated Coin.

Enjoy the pics and thanks for looking.

Gotta Love This Hobby !!!!!!! DPSB......

I will keep you all posted when and if the owner is found. Pictures will be included.
