Went out yard saling this last Saturday and hit jackpot with the precious metals and a First print edition signed book.
I bought 5 silver american eagles in their cases for 12.50 each.
I bought 24 grams of 14kt gold jewelry for 245.00.
I bought a 4 gram 10 kt ring for 25.00.
I bought 84 grams of silver jewlery for 4.00.
I also bought a sterling silver spoon at 12 grams for 1 dollar.
All jewelry was tested with magnet and acid test. This is the best haul i've had in a while. Almost every yard sale I went to was selling jewelry.
I also scored a first edition book called Helen Templeton's Daughter by Louise Eskrigge Crump which is signed by her "to Jackie and Ralph with love" Loiuse Eskrigge Crump. It also has an invitation to the people to attend her book signing along with several newspaper articles attached on the inside with reviews of the book and biography of author. It was printed in 1952 and was the author's first book. I have researched a little and know their is a literary award named after the author, but I can't find how much the book might be worth. A little help if you can my friends. I paid .50 for the book also:)

If it has the dust jacket and is in good shape I'm thinking the book goes for @ $25-$35 It's worth more with the auotgraph but at least thats an idea on the book's value.
