So my dad wakes me up early this morning and says "come take a ride with me" seems he made a deal with A lady to buy and clean out her basement full of ham radio equipment for $500.00. So after a 2 hour ride we arrive at the womans house, she takes us down to a small room in her basement and says " I just want to clean this room out, so anything you find you can have. So after about 10 mins of digging thru boxes my dad hands me a box that says "COINAGE" and says ...heres a box for you!!!, so right away i fold it back up and run it up to the truck. WOW!! was i surprised when i got home and checked them out. Full books of quarters, nickels, dimes, franklins, kennedy halves, buffs, state quarters, quarter proof sets, sags, and silver eagles, and some little safe full of regular clad. My dad didnt mind at all, he picked up about 5 good radios and equipment thats worth about 5 grand. I also managed to get a full box of fishing lures, new fly pole and reel....
hope you all enjoy the pictures,
Pro-

Why is it the older we get the smarter our parents seem to become

Might have been a woman scorned and she got even with her husband. A great score for sure, but I wouldn't feel right without saying something to the woman. I am not saying what was done was wrong, just saying, I myself, would make sure I was ment to have them. I give back money when i am givin back to much change. I know I am a fool but yet, I do like who I am.
