Back on topic eh? We have these BO/GO Cards up here that is a "buy one, get one free" sort of deal. Perfect gift for a favorite Teller as the cards have a variety of deals from a vast array of businesses.

I'm not sure what it is. The business practices of Canada are not familiar to me.

A card that entitles the holder to deals if they buy certain products. Buy one large pizza and receive a second for free type thing. At $10 a card they really give one a good bang for their buck.

November, gotta love Native American Heritage Month? Thanksgiving eh....

Thanksgiving is nothing but a toast to genocide!

Dude if that's how you feel fine so be it but there are many of us who take the idea of thanksgiving and actually serve the less fortunate and feed the hungry and clothe the homeless and actually make others feel thankful for the small things in life- I am so sick of people judging everyone- you have no idea how we celebrate this or any other holiday-

Brush64,

I do admit that this kind of crap is not a good thing on this fine Forum. I just find the whole concept of celebrating Thanksgiving during Native American Heritage Month so asinine that I could not remain silent.

You gotta admit he has a point. If you were Native you wouldn't be so impressed with the "celebration". I'm a white guy with origins from Ireland and England and I just enjoy the days off and getting together with family to eat a big meal. If I was a Native American I'm sure my circumstances would be different and celebrating the taking of my relatives land and the killing of many of them would not leave a nice taste in my mouth. That being said - I still enjoy the holiday gathering but remember that a large segment of our population really got screwed over in the past. It really wasn't much different in other parts of the world at this time either - in Africa one tribe would butcher the other, in Europe same deal, in Asia same deal. History shows us that sometimes the human race can really suck. Now back to CRH!
