One of our kittens did that earlier today. When I was clearing snow from their path, she jumped into the snow all the way to her eyeballs! She sat there a minute, as if thinking, "Hmm, somehow that didn't go as planned." About 15 seconds later she jumped through the deep snow (~10") in that area and tackled another sister kitten in mid-air!!

I'd of given anything to have that on camera!!
