Either the double 3M P95 for dust or a double lined P95 dust mask. Put it this way, 1 minute of being in the barn and I have the smokers cough the next morning.

I do a voice change almost after having a good dessert loaded up with whip cream. Really makes things thick in the breathing pipes so only on special occasions.
Gee I guess remember I have a telly Dr. Appt. this afternoon with the Research Dr. that heads the hospital and University.
I like this one as in person appt. he'll spend a hour with a person going over all the aspects of the lungs and the Alpha - 1 antitrypsin deficiency.
