I know a detecting fellow that does the KFC chickens. Something like 60 thousand a year. 4 rotations of 15K of birds.
Now this is going back some years ago and KFC wanted the living bird reduced from 4.3lbs to 3.8ibs while still paying him for the larger bird.
Now probably a good sized pigeon would out weigh the bird.
