Finally getting the curing cabinet filled up! 2 Braesolas. A pancetta aroloata and pancetta Streta. Next up.... kielbasa and maybe linguica.

Though neither of the last 2 will hang unless I set part of the linguica up to dry.

Kielbasa is the only thing you mentioned that I know. I had to look all the rest up. Sounds good!
