Gifs, Pics, and More

A few yrs ago his teeth were turning a light brown. The vet showed us pictures of teeth that were really far advanced in decay. "Never feed the dog antlers she told us or cooked bones, too hard and they break the teeth. Now raw-that's different. Two raw bones and I could not believe the whiteness of the teeth again. So he gets the one bone per week to keep them white.

Yes we still have the two cats on top of the ladder.

Raw meat has an enzyme that helps with teeth.
We don't run a raw food diet due to clean up after so many dogs/feedpans/eating areas ect..

About ten percent bone is a standard for some raw diets. But of course care chosen in type of bone and how it is fractured on larger bone.

We loaned a stud out to a breeder awhile that had raw diet. He did good.

I give seasonal bones raw , but not steady. Probably should year round though...

We changed over when he was just a pup, and it was a little rich for him. Like 3ft gas/bombs flying out the backside, and he would look behind then at me and it was like what's happening!
Then took him off all feathered foods and vegetable treats and went beef/fish/bore.
The best thing was to start giving him a daily regime of Colostrum to boost his immune system, and it's helped out great. No itchiness, red paws, the yeast in the ears is 95% better, though he has put on a few pounds.

Put a new pair, and he's all over them.
Play time!

When I got the clay pit dug deeper I took all the old trash from 100yrs out of the bottom first.
This was glowing in the pit.
Kind of freaked me out as I was trying to figure out the light glowing article.
Best thing we could figure out was the piece was the remains of a spray paint that had dried.
Still not 100% sure.

There were a number of these ginger beers that were broken when I cleaned up the pit.

Just one whole ginger beer would have been a beautiful piece for the collection.

When I was a kid growing up in the Bahamas we would smash all bottles on site. For about 5 years I would smash every bottle and fishing float I could find. I remember smashing many nice black glass bottles....oh how I wish I could go back in time.

IMG-20200531-WA0002.jpg check out these beautiful floats !! My friend in san sal finds them and saves them for me !! He found 14 in one day this spring....now that's a great glass day !!

Most screw cap type bottles from 1950's up got the rock.
Was introduced to arrowhead picking before pre-school. bottle digging while still in elementary school, lived for looking/digging/metal detecting/fishing/hunting......
Detecting started when the family bought a White's Goldmaster detector in the late 60's.

Very nice indeed! I used to search the shores along Vancouver island (and the small islands off) for treasures. Mixed results though.
