does lead glass not have bubbles? that was a great news letter! love the story about citrine. thank you for sharing it with us. Hope you & your Dad are doing well.

Usually it does, but sometimes one needs magnification to see it. :)
Other times those who do this stuff have gotten quite acquainted with the method and can minimize gas bubbles I suppose.

Under magnification there are still tell-tale signs though.

Yes, it is a great news letter! I try to keep myself up-to-date with treatments and such.
