Dug this today in a ghost town. Almost looks like a fireman hat and hoses?

Looks like fireman suspenders, or galluses. Possibly a brand name

That looks so similar to a watch fob I found last year I need to get a picture up the similarity is amazing. The fob was from a fireman's convention in West Virginia sometime around 1902 if I recall
