Ghost town hunt for Halloween!!!!

Didn't see any ghosts though Redneck and I met up to check the local ghost town in celebration of Halloween on sunday. What a cool area, an old dirt road with over 25 cellar holes on it.....wow i could spend a whole season there an never grow tired of it! Found a cute little silver plated ring, fairly old, a silver plated knife handle, and a 1912 ( i think) wheatie......all from the same cellar hole area that Redneck found his large cent a week or two ago. Congrats to him for his finds and i'd like to thank him for inviting me to check out his cool stomping grounds!

By the way...as a side note....it snowed for the first like 2 hours we were there....it was windy and freezing and HUGE snowflakes were falling from the sky....was a very interesting hunt indeed haha

Now you're talkin' some serious history. Ghost towns are bonanzas! Got a few here in Potter and McKean and Tioga Countys to cover. Cellar holes can be "money pits". Great finds, keep diggin'

Are you sure the knife thing its not sterling ? Looks like hollowware to me, sterling silver but Hollow....
