I found my 4th ring with my Ace 250 I got for christmas. BUT NO SILVER COINS YET!!!!!!!!!!
Todays ring is a gold plated wedding band. It was 6 or 7 inches deep and showed up as a dime on the display. I found a pocket knife pretty rusted. a 52-D wheat penny and a 66 canadian penny. lots of clad and doo-dads. I also found a string of 13 (OH NO MR. BILL) pull tabs that were hooked together till I tried to pull them out all at once. A few .223 blank shells, one not fired. That large round lid showed up as a 50 cent piece......Imagine how excited I was for about 3 seconds when I saw the grooved edge all shiny about 6 inches down. DANG IT!!!

Great!
I'm thinking of getting one those 250's for a backup - can't beat the price!

I was thinking the same thing....A great meachine, and lightweight too! THe 6 C-Cell batteries needed to power my CXIII weigh almost as much as the entire ACE 250!!!

I have only had my ace 2 days and I have found more with it then my brothers minelab and white which I used several times. I'm sure his is better machines, but too complicated for my simple little ears. I really like the ace, and I can't wait to really take it out on a full day hunt.
